WELCOME TO LSC GYMNASTICS & TUMBLING

We are thrilled to have you and your family join our training center. At LSC Gymnastics, we are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all our participants. Our policies and procedures are designed to ensure a smooth and enriching experience for everyone involved. By familiarizing yourself with these guidelines, you will have a clear understanding of our expectations, procedures, and the steps necessary for enrollment cancellations, transfers, late fees, and more. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE

Recreational - $40/gymnast or $60/family. 

Competitive Programs - $60/gymnast or $90/family.

This fee covers administrative costs and facility maintenance. Additionally, the membership fee helps us provide ongoing staff training, equipment upgrades, and program enhancements, ensuring a high-quality gymnastics experience for all participants. We greatly appreciate your support, as it enables us to continue delivering exceptional gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling programs to our valued members.

 

TUITION

All class tuition is automatically billed on the 1st of every month. Every family enrolled in classes must opt in to auto-pay in order to register for classes. Competitive gymnastics and cheer teams may be subject to other fees as noted in your parent handbook. 

 

LATE FEES

A late fee of $25 will be charged for any outstanding payments not received by LSC Gymnastics & Tumbling by the 5th of every month. This fee is applicable to all outstanding balances and serves as a reminder to ensure timely payment.It is the responsibility of the guardian to submit payments promptly to avoid incurring late fees. Please note that failure to pay fees in a timely manner may result in further consequences, including enrollment suspension or termination.

 

ENROLLMENT CANCELLATIONS

All enrollees at LSC Gymnastics Center must submit a written notice of cancellation to terminate their enrollment. The notice should be sent to info@lscgymnastics.com, which serves as the official communication channel for enrollment-related matters. A minimum notice period of 30 calendar days is required for all cancellation requests. During the notice period, enrollment fees will be charged, regardless of whether the enrollee attends classes or not. 

 

ENROLLMENT DISCOUNTS

Military discount- 10% (Must show proof of service)

Sibling discount- 10% off second child and 30% off 3rd or more.

Multiple class discounts- 10% off of second class and 30% off of third

 

ENROLLMENT TRANSFERS

Enrollees who wish to transfer from one class to another within LSC Gymnastics Center must make a written request to info@lscgymnastics.com. Though, we will do our best to find a time/day that works for you, such transfer requests are subject to availability and approval by the LSC Gymnastics & Tumbling office staff.

 

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds. Tuition and fees are billed on the 1st of every month. If an enrollment cancellation occurs after the start of a billing period, the enrollee will be billed for the entire period. Refunds are not provided for missed classes, absences, or cancellations made within the notice period. In exceptional circumstances, such as a severe illness or injury with appropriate documentation, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

MAKE-UP CLASSES

Effective June 5, 2023, we do not offer make-up classes. Enrollees are expected to attend classes regularly and be punctual. If a class session is missed due to an emergency such as severe illness or injury, make-up classes may be scheduled at the discretion of the office staff. It is important to understand that we strive to keep our class ratios consistent, and it is not fair to other families when there are several make-ups during their regular scheduled class time. 

 

As a courtesy, gymnasts may attend one Open Gym every two months as a make-up option. Please send an email to info@lscgymnastics.com to be added to the Open Gym roster. Open Gym make-ups can only be scheduled after the class is missed.

 

GYM CLOSURES

In the case of bad weather posing a threat to families or staff, we would either schedule a make-up class or credit everyone’s account for the unscheduled closure. 

 

WHAT TO WEAR

Proper attire is important for ensuring safety and facilitating movement in our gymnastics classes at LSC Gymnastics & Tumbling. We recommend wearing comfortable, fitted clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Participants should wear athletic attire such as leotards, shorts, t-shirts, or leggings. Avoid clothing with buckles, buttons, or zippers that could cause injury or damage to the equipment. Long hair should be securely tied back, and participants should remove any jewelry or accessories that may pose a safety risk. By dressing appropriately, participants can fully enjoy and actively engage in their gymnastics experience while prioritizing their safety and comfort. Long hair should be pulled back from the face and in a ponytail.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT 

All enrollees, parents, and guardians are required to adhere to the LSC Gymnastics & Tumbling Code of Conduct. Any disruptive behavior, verbal or physical abuse, or harassment towards staff, instructors, or other participants will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of enrollment. LSC Gymnastics & Tumbling reserves the right to refuse or terminate enrollment for individuals who fail to comply with the Code of Conduct.

 

SAFETY AND LIABILITY

LSC Gymnastics Center prioritizes the safety of all participants and expects them to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by the instructors. The center is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that may occur on its premises, except in cases of proven negligence. Enrollees and parents/guardians must sign the lability waiver before participating in any gymnastics activities at LSC Gymnastics & Tumbling.

 

LSC Gymnastics & Tumbling reserves the right to modify or amend these policies and procedures as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to all enrollees through the email address provided during enrollment.
