Meet The Team

Owner & CEO
Lauryn Cabarrus

Lauryn has been coaching gymnastics since she was 13 years old. She has coaches ages ranging between of all ages. Her passion is coaching and helping children come the best version of themselves by being themselves. She is looking forward to providing funding to make gymnastics attainable for all learning disabled and socially economic disadvantaged children. Her objective of LSC Gymnastics is not only to teach kids gymnastics and tumbling, but to teach them how to build their confidence and self-esteem.

Autumn has 7+ years of experience with coaching recreational classes, competitive teams, and management in the gymnastics industry. She is a student at Georgia State University seeking a bachelor's degree in Psychology.  When she's not at work or in the gym, she loves spending quality time with her family and friends. With her excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor, Autumn is a valuable member of the LSC Gymnastics & Tumbling team. She takes pride in her work and always strives to provide exceptional service to both her colleagues and the gym's clients.
